Global Shared Delivery Supply Chain (GSD SC) organization is in charge of delivering spare parts for support and direct business world-wide. HPE Global Shared Delivery is relying on those to support our customers and our channel partners.

Making sure that we deliver the right part at the right place, at the right time, at the right cost, and with the right quality is our mission. Meeting HPE contractual commitments (warranty or service contract) or direct customer expectations is our day to day business.

The Service Parts Management Process and System Engineer is responsible for providing processes and capabilities required for planning operational excellence, supporting the Global Planning teams and driving innovation. He/she defines business requirements and change requests with key stakeholders, checks and tests new processes and/or IT capabilities compliance against business specifications. He/she is responsible about the SPM planning Data Quality (in and out), monitoring and controlling, working on gaps and driving corrective action plans.

Job specifics/responsibilities:

Process design, SPM support & innovation

  • Analyze new business requirements and/or processes issues statements, create Production Change Requests and Application Lifecycle Management cases (systems issues), with the help and inputs of the Subject Matter Experts or other stakeholders.

  • Lead testing, validation and implementation of the solutions. Document any change to current process and workflow, train end users.

  • For new business requirements, participate to Business Requirement Documents creation, provide data and capabilities knowledge to support the design of the end state solutions

  • Drive/support new system capabilities development process. Engage in all project phases, lead testing (User Acceptance Tests), create test scenarios when required, and validate results.

  • Support the rest of the organization by sharing system, processes and capabilities knowledge. Share best practices and be a driver for innovation.

Data Quality Lead

  • Ensure quality of data loaded in our systems. Design and implement sanity checks tools. Identify deviations and gaps

  • Design and implement meaningful ways to check on the proper synchronization between our different systems for critical planning data. Identify deviations and gaps

  • Work with SMEs, HPE IT and DXC to close any gap.

  • Lead testing, validation and implementation of the solutions. Document any change to current process and workflow, train end users.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in materials planning or Supply Chain operations

  • Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.

  • Strong communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills.

  • Leadership, coordination and Project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives that impact the organization.

  • Ability to refine and structure processes, implement and leads changes

  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage

  • Strong MS office skills (Excel, Visio, Power Point skills)

  • Microsoft Project or similar Project Management tool

  • Knowledge in the tools used in the end-to-end delivery process (SAP, OPT, Easitool, etc.)
