Report to the Senior Reliability Engineer.
Identify bad actors and threats to production.
Focus on asset reliability.
Responsible for the optimization of asset maintenance strategy.
Coaching in supporting Root Cause Analysis, Reliability Modeling, standardization of downtime costs.
Development and documentation of standard work procedures.
Accountable for management of reliability documents and processes for sustainability.
Contribute to the continuous improvement culture through reliability improvement requests.
RCMII, RCA, FMEA, CBM
Other EAM systems.
Ability to lead and develop.
Coaching and Mentoring skills.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Maintenance Engineer discipline.
Professional Engineer designation.
4-6 years experience in a Reliability Engineering team environment.
