Assumes responsibility as a resource in general maintenance and/or assigned area of specialty. Under the guidance of the lead

technician, performs preventive maintenance and services on various types of equipment, working 50% of time on projects and

area of specialty and 50% of time on general building and equipment repairs. Acts as a resource person and troubleshooter in

assigned area of specialty. Areas of specialty may include Plumbing, Energy, Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning (HVAC),

Carpentry, Mechanical, Locksmithing, Painting, Sign-Making, and others as appropriate. This is a 12-week position that may or may not have the

possibility of a position at the end.

Basic Qualifications:

Education - High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience - Veteran
